 TOYOTA, DODGE, SUZUKI AND FORD  DRIVE SHAFTS.

Drive shafts can be bolted to this 32 spline flange that fits 208 Ford, 205 Ford or GM, All SYE kits including Advanced Adapters 32 spline, Teraflex 32 spline, JB Conversions 32 spline, Atlas 32 spline transfer cases. Generally the yoke is shorter than the u=joints by 1 1/4 inches thus it helps reduce the angle.

Toyota hole patterns 68.5 x 60mm and 60x60mm. This flange is 1 1/2 inches shorter than the stock 205 yoke.

One bolt pattern is threated for Fords, not for Chevy's or Toyota.

THE PERF IS A 45 DEGREE 2 TON CV ON A DRIVE SHAFT AND 

USED AS A DAILY  OR NON-DAILY DRIVER, NEW HIGHLY LIFTED VEHICLES LIKE

EXCURSIONS, SUPER DUTY, HEAVY DUTY CHEVYS.

 

 BOTTOM LEFT PICTURE : The 2 TON CV is the most cost effective in the market for tough four wheeling.

It can be used as a daily driver with smooth performance. The PERF CV has a solid .75 inch stud that slips into a 8000 RPM rated needle bearing. This CV operates at 35 degrees continuous with no problem and providing a higher torque (3000 ft-lbs) rating. This is needed to compensate for the torque loss at the higher angles.The rest of the drive shaft of course will match your differential yoke or upgrades such as long travel are available to meet your the needs of your project.

THE 45 DEGREES DRIVE SHAFT IS YOUR ALTERNATIVE TO A  DAILY DRIVER REAR DRIVE SHAFT

  Remember, that the torque rating goes down by the cosine of the angle. So we start with a higher torque CV, hence

a bigger CV, so that at 30 degrees, the torque rating is still over what most rigs can put out.

A half ton 1310 stock CV is rated at 1600 ft-lbs and it will not suffice for a heavy duty performance truck.
