All currently available Dana 60 high pinion diffs have only a single oiling gallery (1). When they are used as a rear diff, pinion bearings can experience excessive wear and pre-mature failure due to insufficient lubrication. This is particularly problematic under extreme conditions, high pinion angle applications and highway use.

The Rockcrusher 60R is the only high pinion Dana 60 to feature 3 oiling galleries for enhanced pinion bearing lubrication and lifetime (1, 2, and 3).

The Rockcrusher 60R features 3 integrated, re-enforced mounting pads (one on top of the housing, and one on either side of the housing). In conjunction with the Rockcrusher 60R mounting plate, these mounting pads are ideal for custom suspension links or torque bars.

With features such as a heavy duty cast cover as standard, the Rockcrusher 60R is the strongest high pinion D60 on the market - 85% stronger than any other high pinion D60 available!

 


Rockcrusher 60R mounting plate:

Mounts directly to the Rockcrusher 60R using the 3 integrated, re-enforced mounting pads on the diff housing, and is ideal for custom suspension links or torque bars. Does not require welding to the axel tubes or the diff housing, and includes grade 8 mounting hardware.

Rockcrusher spring pads:

For leaf spring applications on 3 or 3.5" tubes. Fully compatible with the Rockcrusher 60R. Welding required.
